¡Hola! Welcome to Spanish Class

My name is Mrs. Lopez, and I am so excited to be your child’s Spanish teacher this year! I have been teaching for 19 years and truly love helping students discover the joy of learning a new language and exploring different cultures. 

Learning Spanish can open so many doors for your child, whether it’s connecting with millions of Spanish speakers around the world, exploring future travel opportunities, or gaining valuable skills for college and careers. It’s a gift that can broaden their world and help them make meaningful connections.

In my classroom, I believe students learn best through communication and hands-on projects that make language come alive. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and comfortable environment where every student feels valued and confident using their Spanish skills.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new places and cultures. I look forward to an exciting year of learning and growth together!
