Welcome to my page! My name is Patrick Carozza, and I am a Business/Tech teacher here at Ridgefield Memorial High School. I have been teaching for 22 years, with the last 17 being in Ridgefield, and it is my hope to provide my students with skills and knowledge they can use whether they go into the field of business or not.

I earned my B.A. and an M.S. from Iona University, as well as another M.S. from California University of Pennsylvania. I believe students should have ownership over their education, embrace critical thinking and problem solving, and seek to challenge themselves. I want them to feel confident enough to get out of their comfort zones and grow, while learning to be adaptable to the ever-changing world around them. My goal for my students is, as Bruce Lee stated, to "Be Water".

Outside of the classroom, I run my own business where I train athletes of all ages, helping them improve their strength and speed. Aside from that, I enjoy coaching the basketball teams my three children play on, cooking, attempting to play golf, and watching the Chicago Bears and New York Yankees play.
