-I have a BA in psychology, certified K-6 and special education
-It's my 18th year teaching
-I have 3 years teaching in a general education classroom
-15 years teaching in a special education setting
Outside of School
-I am married with 3 children, all boys
-my hobbies are: spending time with my friends and family, watching my kids play sports, exercising and volunteering
-I enjoy spending my free time outdoors as much as possible

Emotional Regulation-forters academic success, improves social skills and enhances mental well-being. When students can manage their feelings they are more focused, resilient, and better at problem solving and conflict resolution

Strengthening Social Skills-helps students form meaningful relationships, participate in their communities, and enhances confidence
