Erica Donato- Learning Center Teacher

Hello! My name is Erica Donato, and I have been teaching for 26 years, with 24 of those years proudly spent at Ridgefield Public Schools. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of teaching students from preschool through age 21, working with a wide range of abilities and needs.

My teaching experience includes both public and private school settings, which has given me a broad perspective and a deep understanding of how to support students in reaching their fullest potential. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and capable of success.

I earned a B.A. from Marist University.  

I hold a Teacher of the Handicapped Certificate.

When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters.  I love watching them play sports and cheering them on from the sidelines.  At home, I enjoy cooking and exploring new recipes to share with my friends and family.
