Hello! My name is Christine De Nobile, and I am the music teacher at Slocum Skewes and Bergen Boulevard School. I've been teaching for 8 years, and I am so passionate about teaching and connecting with young learners.

I earned my B.M. in Music Education from Ithaca College, and I hold a Teaching Certificate in music for grades K-12. My teaching philosophy centers around the student, making sure each child's needs are met, and truly forming a bond with each student to make sure they feel comfortable and safe in my classroom, as well as having lots of fun! The minds of children hold so much magic, and each voice is important.

Outside the classroom, I teach "Mommy & Me" style music classes on the weekends with children ages 0-5. I love to read and be outdoors - usually by any type of water (the beach, lakes, you name it!)
