Mrs. Abigail Blust

High School Counselor, Ridgefield Memorial High School

Hello!

My name is Mrs. Blust, and I am delighted to be a School Counselor here at Ridgefield Memorial High School. This will be my second year at RMHS, and I am excited to play a role in our students' social, emotional, and academic journeys throughout High School.

I earned my B.A. from Regis University in Denver, CO and my M.A. from Seton Hall University. I hold a School Counselor certificate. My school counseling philosophy centers on providing a safe, supportive environment for students and advocating for their well-being. I believe in every student's potential for success and the importance of equity and inclusivity.

Outside of the office, I love to travel-especially to go see live music, try new food, or ride roller coasters. I also love spending time with my family and our beloved dog, Beanzie.
