STRIVE 18-21 Program

The Ridgefield School District's Special Education Transition Program seeks to prepare students for life after high school.  Our goal is to train our students to become as independent as possible within their communities after graduation.  The Transition Program does this by offering the following:

Valuable Work Experiences/Job Coaching

Travel Training

Interests, Skills and Aptitude Inventories

Simulated Job Situations

Community-Based Experiences

Development of appropriate work behaviors

Resume Bulding

Safety/security policies and procedures
