Ridgefield Public School Data Presentation 2015/2016

At the Board of Education meeting on Thursday, October 27, 2016, the Curriculum Department presented a presentation on Ridgefield Public School District testing data.  The data that was presented included reports of the scores for all students who participated in the PARCC, NJASK Science in grades 4 and 8, NJ Biology Competency Test, the SAT, and our AP testing. The PARCC data was reported for students in grades 3 - 11 in English/Language Arts and grades 3 - 8 in math.  Additionally PARCC scores were reported for end of course tests in Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry at the high school level.  The current data from Ridgefield students was compared to students from throughout the state of New Jersey and for some tests, nationwide.  The second year of the new PARCC testing provides the district with information on the performance of students and the district over the past two years.  The information from all of the standardized testing results will be used within our classrooms to address areas of need in both curriculum and instruction.  To see the testing presentation, please click on the link below.
