November 23, 2020

Dear Parent/Guardian:

As per Dr. Pantoliano’s email dated November 19, 2020, due to rising cases of COVID-19 in Ridgefield and across the county The Ridgefield Public School District with the support of the Borough of Ridgefield Department of Health will return to 100% virtual instruction for all students on Wednesday, November 25 through early January 2021.  Classes will continue to follow the schedule implemented on October 26.  Please contact your teacher for your specific class schedule.

Breakfast and lunch will be distributed for all students during the virtual instructional period on scheduled school days at RMHS (555 Walnut Street Ridgefield, NJ) from 12pm-2pm daily.

As a reminder, please contact the school nurse if your child will be absent from school for any reason.  Additionally, if you believe that there has been possible Covid exposure or infection in your household, please likewise contact the school nurse and principal.

All school and district buildings will remain staffed and school personnel are available to the school community.  Below please find administration and support staff contact information:

Rest assured that the district will continue to monitor the current COVID situation and make any adjustments necessary that will be in the best interests of the entire school community.

Sincerely,

Dr. Tamika S. DePass, Principal
