Ms. Erin Carlin
Ms. Erin Carlin
This is my eighth year of teaching! I have worked with students in grades 1-4 as a classroom assistant, and have spent my eight years of teaching in third grade. I graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early/Primary Education. I went on to earn a Master's Degree in Special Education from the College of Saint Elizabeth, as well as a Master's from La Salle University in 21st Century Learning.
I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a teacher, and have pursued that dream ever since then. I attribute my love for education to all the excellent teachers I had in my educational career, and I strive to have that same impact on each and every one of my own students. My goal is to create and promote a safe and comfortable learning environment that meets the needs of ALL students. I believe that learning should be engaging, hands on, and thought provoking.
"Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world." -Nelson Mandela
