My name is Alyssa Blum and I am a Behaviorist located here at Shaler Academy. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the last 13 years.  I started my career working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities within their own homes. From there, I have both private school and public school experience as a 1:1 instructor, District Behaviorist, and Clinical Supervisor. I have been in a supervisory role for 10 years now. I attended Montclair State Unversity for my Bachelors degree in Psychology. I then attended Caldwell University and received my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am currently enrolled in Gradutate School at Montclair State University to receive my Prek-3rd Grade Teaching Certification.
