Ms. Seabold has worked for the Ridgefield Public Schools for over 25 years. She began her career in Ridgefield as a special education classroom teacher at the Bergen Blvd. School. Ms. Seabold is a veteran administrator with experience in special education, middle school, and elementary grades. Ms. Seabold has earned a Master's degree from William Paterson University in Educational Administration and continues her education through working in several professional organizations at the local and national level, such as the Assocation for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Bergen County Curriculum Consortium, and the Madison Institute.
Ms. Seabold is committed to providing the students of Ridgefield with an education that best prepares them to be college and career ready. This commitment includes providing students with the opportunities for personalized learning, problem solving, and real-life experiences beyond the classroom. These initiatives have begun their implementation with the Blended Learning pilot and the Integrated Studies class.
As a lifelong learner, Ms. Seabold is being educated every day in the current trends, standards and goals in education. She regularly participates in district professional development and attends educational workshops to increase her knowledge. In turn, educating staff, students, and families about those current trends in education and the ways in which to have students achieve their maximum potential is a passion for Ms. Seabold.
