The RMHS PIT ORCHESTRA performs the musical accompaniment for the school musicals. The instrumentation of the group is dependent upon the show and may vary from year to year. Students are chosen for the group by the director based on the instrumental requirements of the show. Each year students that have been in the group before will be chosen and then the other parts will be filled In. The group generally rehearses on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:45-4:00 PM in January and February. When we get close to the show we rehearse each day of the school week with the cast, leading up to the opening of the show.
