I have been a counselor in the RMHS Guidance Department for over twenty years. One of the most gratifying aspects of my job stems from the rewarding interpersonal relationships with students from year to year.  In my role as a school counselor I endeavor to serve as a facilitator, assisting students in their academic, career, and social/emotional development so they achieve optimal success in school and experience personal growth. My aim is to help students develop positive self-concepts and decision-making skills while assisting them with college/vocational planning and placement.
