Greetings! I am the transition coordinator for the Learning Center students at Slocum Skewes Middle School and Ridgefield Memorial High School.
Some of my activities include setting up work sites for eligible students, compiling career interest assessments and transition interviews, providing DDD/DVR/NJ Transit and AccessLink information and applications, and talking with students about future goals and plans.
